These products are forged rings, processed into a structure, with an inner, square section, rigid gear ring and an outer flange ring. slewing bearings are provided with pre-lubricated grease in the 232 standard series.

Description of 232 series
232 series Flange Slewing bearings comprise an inner ring and an outer flange ring, inner ring incorporates a gear. Together with attachment holes in both rings, they enable an optimized power transmission with a simple and quick connection between adjacent machine components. The bearing raceways, in conjunction with the rolling elements and cages or spacers, are designed to accommodate loads acting singly or in combination, and in any direction.
The 232 standard series Longwei rotary bearings have a good balance between performance and stiffness, with only one outer flange ring.
The real advantage of the structure is that it is easy to assemble, and the double seal means it can even be installed outdoors or in a dusty environment.
Longwei 232 standard series slewbacks can also rotate at high speeds (30 RPM) under low load
